We will provide Landline services to the customers those who take account with our Company So connections of Landline will be underground of all cables,Wires which related to the Landline so due to natural disasters like floods, storms, Bushfires,heavy blow due to this reasons customers landline connection may disconnected may be wires, cables will cut off so this in Case there will be faults Team who take all issues and will take alternative details of the customer name, address so they will raise Interim request for us.Interim device is device which is provided to customers for temporary purpose until landline issues got resolved to make calls and receive calls.
