The VP – Finance & Accounts will oversee all financial, accounting, taxation, and compliance functions of the organization. This role is both strategic and operational, requiring deep financial acumen, leadership, and a hands-on approach to managing and scaling the finance function.Roles -Lead the finance and accounts team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.Develop and implement robust internal controls, policies, and procedures.Manage budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control initiatives.Oversee statutory compliance (Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, etc.).Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions.Monitor cash flows, working capital, and capital allocation efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the leadership group on strategic decision-making.Ensure Ind AS / IFRS compliance and drive ERP/accounting system optimization.
