IT Executive leader with over two decades of IT Industry experience with experience in managing large, medium clients to deliver IT solutions for business continuity, product management, vendor management, digital transformation/strategies, end to end delivery IT strategy, Mergers/Acquisition, Divestiture, Integration management office, advisory, overall process governance which saved millions of dollars in long term, improve business efficiency and overall productivity. As head of PMO, led a team of Program managers and project managers for the entire portfolio of infra and application program and projects. Worked in business development for retail and CPG account and worked on multiple proposals. Managed team of 110 resource including 14 project managers with portfolio responsibility of over 12 million dollars. Single point of escalation from the customer for all the workstreams – SAP, Oracle ERP Cloud (Financials and supply chain), Salesforce, Analytics and Success Factors. Managed large portfolio of over 25 million dollars and generated new businesses by working closely with the various customer. Managed and guided various globally distributed teams and improved overall KPIs for effective IT operations. Successfully implemented projects with various project delivery methodologies - Agile, iterative, Scaled Agile Framework (Safe) and waterfall models, customer development of the large, medium systems with hands one technical experience in system and Database architecture. Achieved Master in Systems and Information (equivalent to MS Computer Science) from BITS Pilani, India and MBA - Business Analytics and Digital Marketing from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
