Massport (Jul 23 - Present) • Capital Project (Jun 24 - Present): Working as a project control specialist for airport terminal renovation. • Net Zero Initiative (Jul 23 - Present): I serve as part of the PMO (Project Management Office). My role comprises regularly getting updates from all the project managers involved across 250+ different projects under the capital program, assisting them in resolving any roadblocks in progress, periodically updating the schedule, creating a dashboard to track progress, and communicating status, progress, and issues faced by the team to upper management.Lab Fit-out in Cambridge (Mar 22 - Apr 24)My role comprises document control, creating monthly progress reports, reviewing monthly requisites, maintaining the Power BI dashboard, updating the schedule using P6, creating change orders, and Updating IOR (Indicative Outcome Report), a ledger of the whole project.
