I am a business and operations leader with nearly three decades of experience driving transformation, innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth across large, multi-location organizations. My career combines enterprise-wide leadership with strategic finance expertise - enabling strategy execution, governance, and long-term value creation on a global scale.At EY Global Delivery Services (EY GDS), I have been privileged to play a pivotal leadership role in shaping one of the world’s most advanced Global Capability Centers (GCCs). Over the years, I have led functions spanning strategy, transformation, finance, operations and corporate development (acquisitions and divestments) building EY GDS into a professional organization across 10 countries, with a diversified portfolio of services. As CFO for EY’s Asia-Pacific Area, I partnered with regional and service line leaders to drive financial performance, optimize investments, and shape long-term strategic growth and transformation across all markets in the Area. My focus on fiscal discipline, targeted investments, digital transformation and stakeholder partnership has fostered a culture of operational excellence, successfully driving profitability and enabling higher growth.My leadership philosophy is rooted in positioning GCCs as strategic enablers and centers of innovation, not just delivery engines. I focus on operating model design, business and digital transformation, change management, fiscal discipline and risk governance - while developing high-performing, cross-border teams that deliver measurable business outcomes.Beyond business and operations, I have also championed Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability at EY GDS — embedding purpose into strategy and culture. I believe responsible leadership and community impact are integral to long-term success and have been proud to help design programs that foster social inclusion, sustainability, and meaningful engagement across EY’s global communities.I am passionate about leading at the intersection of strategy, finance, and operations — driving enterprise agility, collaboration, and transformation. A Chartered Accountant and IIM Bangalore alumnus, I believe in fostering cultures where people, performance and purpose come together to build future-ready global organizations.
