Leading a team of 5 developers and 2 SDETs, I drive the development, testing, and support of various interfaces on Corepoint, Mirth, and Rhapsody, while also spearheading the migration of components from on-premises to AWS. I manage all scrum activities and architect-level designs, ensuring seamless and error-free transactions between Intergy/PrimeSuite and payers, third-party systems, and other EHR platforms. My initiative-taking approach in guiding the team through user stories and defect resolutions minimizes dependency on the onshore team. I played a key role in the 21C ONC project, where I led the integration of PING for authentication and authorization. I verify release plans and all stories before moving to QARA, reducing reliance on the Product Owner or Scrum Master, which enhances work quality and efficiency.
