At IBM, he contributed to product development and research at the flagship SWG Business Units like Watson, Business Analytics & Tivoli.Mukul\'s technical mastery encompasses Software Design and Architecture, Generative AI, classical machine learning, neural networks, deep learning, micro services, programming, data analytics and BI. Adapting to a dynamic tech landscape and disruptive innovation technologies, Mukul is driving the integration of state-of-the-art Generative AI technologies, including LLM/SLM FT, Goal Based Agentic Workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Transformers, Langchains, Knowledge Graphs etc into enterprise software platforms.
