I collaborate with teams to achieve production targets while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.I have experience in establishing and implementing SOPs, SMPS, checklists, and training procedures for staff and process standardization, as well as managing end-to-end project lifecycles and implementing cost reduction initiatives in the plant.I hold diploma in mechanical Engineering from pdm university. I am passionate about learning new technologies and enhancing my domain.
