   As an Industrial Trainee in the Business team of Emerging Corporates Group of HDFC Bank (a wholesale banking arm of the bank), working with devoted Relationship Managers and inspirational Team Leaders who are not only seasoned bankers but also excellent leaders and mentors.Key Performance Areas (KPAs) include:1. Meeting with New to Bank clients for onboarding them to the bank\'s systems and setting up the relationship under guidance of the Team Leader.2. Understanding clients\' fund requirements, arranging the necessary data and putting up proposal to Credit for sanction of credit facilities.3. Resolving the queries of Credit for approval of proposal and ensuring compliance with terms of sanction and covenants at the time of sanction.4. Pre-disbursement compliances and checks on to the asset and arranging for limit release.5. Providing support to the client for everyday banking needs of the company and monitoring the account at regular intervals for health checks.6.
