Coordinating with the internal department for plumbing and HVAC/’s parts/products, project execution, and delivery. Processing Customer’s Orders: entering Sales Orders, processing Vendor Purchase Orders, and tracking in our AS400 system. Managing customer’s job site releases - liaising with customers, vendors, and warehouse to ensure timely deliveries. Reconciling project documents: customer purchase orders, vendor quotes, shop drawings, submittals approved, and quantities required. Working directly with customers to manage deadlines, long-lead items, technical issues, deliveries, and warranties. Coordinating with Supply Chain on the AS400 system management of out-of-stock, special pricing for projects, backorders, and purchase orders maintenance. Provide reporting as needed with customers, and project control sheets. Accountable for delivering jobs on time and within a budget. Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time. Part of a safety team and taking care of safety in the store as per Wolseley\'s requirement. Completed Standard First Aid - with CPR-CAED training.
