Platform Support & Maintenance- Provide first-line support for Salesforce users, including troubleshooting common issues and answering “how-to” questions- Triage the inbound support tickets, testing, solutioning and communicating with key stakeholders on day-to-day requests- Manage the escalation of more complex tickets that require solutioning or development for resolution- Assist with user setup, profile management, permission sets, and role assignments- Monitor system health and escalate issues when needed Configuration & Administration- Support basic Salesforce configuration such as fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules- Assist with simple automation using tools like Flow (under supervision)- Help maintain reports and dashboards based on defined requirements.Data Management- Perform routine data maintenance, including data imports, updates, and de-duplication- Assist with data quality audits and documentation of data standards- Support data cleanup initiatives and user data requests- Provide JDE support, assisting in accurate flow of content from JDE into Salesforce, including but not limited to retriggering of data, validating variation products, picklist edits etc.Documentation & Training- Maintain system documentation, user guides, and admin process notes- Assist with the process to onboard new users and provide basic Salesforce training- Document changes and updates made to the system.Collaboration & Learning- Work closely with senior Salesforce Administrators, developers, and business stakeholders- Participate in team meetings and requirements-gathering sessions as a learner/observer- Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices through Trailhead and internal training.
