My AP experience strengthened my understanding of the Procure-to-Pay cycle, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and process accuracy. As I moved into market intelligence and sustainability work, I gained experience with SMETA and SEDEX-related activities, supplier risk assessments, SAQ and SGS KPI tracking, company profiling, and supporting procurement with data-driven insights.Along the way, I’ve learned to use tools like SAP, Celonis, and Mendix to support process improvements, cost optimisation ideas, and more transparent decision-making.
