   Manage the monthly Network and Technology (N&T) P&L analysis and reporting process, working with the various Finance teams as well as the Business teams, to get all the insights into the variance to budget and prior year performances- Coordinate with all the finance teams to prepare the month end presentation for the Chief Technology Office (CTO) and the Chief Network Officer (CNO) to highlight the financial performance of the N&T organization, including Capital and Comp & Benefits- Team up with the Corporate FP & A team to provide relevant Operational financial analysis and presentation for the monthly Investor review- Lead the Expense and Capital Governance process for all Network related expenses and capital expenditure for weekly meeting with the CTO, CNO and CFO. The governance process has resulted in a 6% reduction in existing lease expenditure in 2024 and continues to deliver savings in 2025- Assist the N&T and the Real Estate teams with financial modeling for new deals and renewals, including lease capitalization and capital investments- Manage the Operations finance forecasting process by coordinating with Corporate FP & A on deadlines, working with the N&T team to get the business activities, work with the Operations Finance teams to model out the bottoms up forecast and then create the presentations to get alignment with the N&T executive leadership before submitting it for Investor review and approval- Working closely with the senior operation finance leadership, create the N&T 5 year plan, with guidelines from the Investors and the Corporate FP & A team. Using the 5 year plan as a guide, we create the budget for the upcoming year, using Zero based Budgeting (ZBB) where applicable, continuously working with the Business teams and the other Finance teams and finalizing the budget for the next year in OneStream by December 31st- Mentor the Finance managers and analysts to become ready for future leadership roles.
