I\'ll try my best to make you believe that I am what I am; in the hope that the reader finds out the truth on their own when we meet outside of the platform, someday.\"I have work experience of 12 years in the IT industry as a Quality Analyst and Recruitment specialist. I have a natural interest and flair for writing. To sharpen my skills, I took up a creative writing course with Symbiosis (Pune) and earned a Diploma. Throughout my tenure in the IT sector, I have gained a fair understanding of the latest trends in technology, recruitment, and Startup dynamics. Writing has always been the mode of expressing that understanding.To add more flavour to my life I also worked with an early childhood education organization - The Atelier. I am a volunteer with Prashant Advait Foundation. I help them in drafting synopses for their upcoming books. My experience with preschool and recruitment has helped me to understand the human angle of any business or work. I got to understand People, their motivations and their inhibitions, which reflects in my writings whether it is technology, business, or otherwise. Given the canvas of my work life, I have written technical/non-technical articles, social media posts, Event reporting, and book reviews and synopses.

Additionally, I manage our school management app, a platform that streamlines communication, facilitates fee invoicing to enhance parental engagement. In my capacity, I also play a role in formulating and refining various policy documents, aligning them with the strategic vision of our institution and the valuable inputs from our leadership team. Recruitment and reporting are another important extensions to my role.
