I am a biotech and drug development executive who integrates scientific innovation with business strategy to accelerate the journey from discovery to first-in-human trials. Rooted in scientific rigor and operational excellence, I lead impactful programs that translate complex biology into clinically and commercially viable therapies.At Greenstone Biosciences, I lead project and portfolio strategy, progressing multiple IND-enabling programs in chronic pancreatitis and inflammatory bowel disease from discovery to near submission in less than three years. I manage cross-functional teams across DMPK, toxicology, regulatory, and translational science—ensuring each decision enhances asset value, reduces timelines, and prepares programs for successful clinical entry.Beyond program leadership, I shape Greenstone’s strategic partnerships and commercial platforms, expanding our iPSC Biobank into a global hub for NAMs-driven drug discovery and “clinical trials in a dish.” This initiative embodies a broader vision: integrating AI, stem cell biology, and regulatory innovation to redefine preclinical translation.Previously, as research faculty at Vanderbilt University, I published in Nature Communications, Current Biology, and Current Opinion in Cell Biology, advancing understanding of membrane trafficking and cell polarity.
