ABOUT MUKHIL RAMESH
I’m a driven and versatile entry-level engineer with over a year of professional experience and four internships completed across Analog Devices, SynchroStor, and ScottishPower Renewables. My journey spans the semiconductor, energy storage, and energy generation sectors, with hands-on involvement in manufacturing, field engineering, and project management. I bring strong practical skills complemented by proficiency in CAD, FEA, Batteries, programming, and project management tools. Currently in my final year of a BEng in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering at the University of Edinburgh, I’m passionate about using innovative technologies to tackle real-world challenges. Outside of internships, I’ve been an active contributor to student innovation, having been a Grand Finalist in the Global Engineering for People Design Challenge and a member of the university’s Hyperloop team, and holding various roles in Edinburgh University Formula Student. As a Student Ambassador for the School of Engineering, I represent the student voice through outreach, Q&A panels, and Open Day leadership.I’m eager to keep learning, building, and contributing, especially in teams working at the edge of energy, sustainability, and technology.
