Improved supply chain efficiency by tracking aging inventory, optimizing cube utilization, forecasting storage needs, and preventing overstock or stockout situations. Built clear reporting tools using Snowflake, SAP, and ERP systems to monitor inventory health, deep-storage utilization, transfer accuracy, and overall network performance. Collaborated with planning, transportation, and DC teams to fix delays, reduce transfer costs, maintain data accuracy, and support strategic inventory decisions. Moving 2M cube across 55 DCs to Deep storage Making sure the transfers to with optimized shipping with no cube wasted in transportation making sure to leave some inventory for the future orders and no wastage in short shipping.
