Megalith is annual Civil Engineering tech fest(largest in India) which promotes Civil Engineering enthuse among engineering students of India. I worked as a Design Team Head in Megalith 2019.• I proposed the strategy and execution of MIP 2019(Megalith Internship Program)with the publicity team, this strategy helped Megalith in getting huge online publicity with a 10K increase in FB followers. It also helped in increase in the number of participants in Megalith’19 by about 23%.MIP was introduced for the first time and it was very successful.• Led the team of 19 core team members for planning & execution of Megalith 2019 with the help of other Core Team Heads.• Designed souvenir, sponsor brochure, event posters and banners of all the sponsors participating in the fest.
