As a State Lead, my roles and responsibilities are aligned to overlook all project initiatives at state level and ensure to execute the program on field. Budget estimation, team allocation, vendor onboarding continued from previous 4 years as strong skills in my portfolio. Scale & Sustainability - Strategically executed operations across two diverse states and completed project goals in result program adopted with long-term sustainability. Held key partnerships with 11 civil society partners to extend program’s reach and strengthen remote monitoring to benefit schools across state.2. Government Liaison – Maintained credibility with multiple departments to collect information, data and ensure timely approval of project activities. Established and maintained strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including state and district level senior bureaucrats to assure program expansion, year-on-year support, monitoring and collaboration at policy level.3. Social-Media & Marketing – Designed a flowchart, proposal, government letter, SOP, press-release on activity basis to achieve continuous project success and expand project boundaries to social network. Created dedicated social media platform to share project updates in a timely manner. Developed communication model to enhance user engagement, initiated a mega live session, and reached 80k YouTube viewers within 3 months. Utilised media creatives (videos, posters, GIFs) to promote project lifecycles. As a result, student registration increased from to Technology & Innovation - Advocated WhatsApp Chat Bot based teacher engagement and successfully witnessed 5 times growth and adoption of one of the programs within one year. Built a simplified teacher portals and transformed Word Power Championship program into India’s first innovative Foundational Literacy & Numeracy Championship program which further extended to Multilingual (MLE) Championship program.
