ABOUT MUKESH GARG

I help Owner Companies provide oversight and guidance to EPC contractors so that Owner’s Industrial Capital / Expansion project is executed on-time and within budget. Once operational, I further help Owner operating companies in developing systems and procedures, and uninterrupted plant operation. I also help EPC contractors successfully execute Industrial Capital / Expansion projects from concept-to-commissioning. • Wider industry exposure – Oil & Gas (Refinery, Upgrader, Oil Sands recovery, NGL)/ Petrochemical (PTA, LAB, PET, Polypropylene)/ Power Generation / Utilities / Water Treatment • Successfully executed 7 projects from ‘Concept-to-Commissioning’, and then supported Reliability dept. of the same facilities • Contributed in design, development and implementation of projects that includes review of technical designs, budgeting, schedules, manpower requirements and project execution • Collaborated with cross functional teams and influenced others to achieve project goals • As Lead – Instrumentation & Controls Engineer have been responsible for all engineering phases from proposal, basic, detail, construction and commissioning. • Well versed with project work processes like peer reviews, quality assurance, risk assessment and management • Experienced working in multicultural environment, and exposure to project execution in global work share teams as well as international machine vendors • Coordinated engineering and procurement activities • Coordinated and worked with multi-discipline project team members • Well versed in industry standards (like API, CSA, ISA, ASME, NACE, NEMA) and recommended practices and have a practical sense in applying such references • Conceptual, Basic and Detail Engineering; Construction Support; Pre-Commissioning; Commissioning; Start-up; Maintenance; Greenfield projects; Brownfield projects Contact me: m••••••@gmail.com |+14•••••••90
