Involved in Full Life Cycle Recruitment, in that my responsibilities are job analyzing, sourcing the candidates as per the requirement, screening the candidate, scheduling the interviews and keep fallowing until candidate get place-Analysing the requirements through primary and secondary skills-Sourcing the candidates through various methods like Ceipal, database mining, Internet searches, job portals, social networking portals, Google groups and referrals etc-Screening the candidates through resume screening, technical screening, and document screening-Submitting the candidate profile with the proper documents to the client through the manager-Track the submissions and make regular follow-ups till the candidate gets a place-Reaching out for the maximum number of open requirements in the market-Reaching the maximum number of candidates to fill up the requirements for reaching the target-Intimate the entire team regarding client submissions to avoid duplications-Inform the consultant regarding the vendor calls and end client interview schedules-Prepare the consultants for the end client interviews-Ensure prompt delivery of the consultants-Negotiate rates with the Consultants/Vendors/ Clients-Taking care of the Consultants whether they are comfortable with the work environment-Talking to the Vendors regarding the performance of the consultant and the quires that the consultant brings to my notice-Hired on W2- contract, W2- Permanent, W2- Contract to Hire, Corp to Corp and 1099-Follow up with the selected candidates and keeping them warm till their actual joining-Identifying Talent through various sources such as Job portals, Internal Database, employee referrals and Network
