   Verifying the qualifications, licenses, certifications, and credentials of healthcare providers, such as physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals etc.• Reviewing and assess applications submitted by providers or organizations seeking credentialing to ensure they meet the required criteria and standards.• Conducting background checks, including criminal history, employment, and education verification to ensure clinician have a clean record & compliant as per the Joint Commission Standards.• Ensuring that all clinician possess valid and up-to-date licenses to practice in their respective fields• Contact references or peer reviews to gather feedback on the provider\'s clinical competence and professionalism.• Ensure that providers meet accreditation requirements, which may be set by organizations like the Joint Commission.• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of provider information in a internal database and in Job diva.• Regularly reviewing the credentials and qualifications of clinician to ensure they continue to meet the required standards.• Keeping a comprehensive record of re-credentialing activities, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accurate as per the Joint Commission Guidelines.• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery of all the new hires.•Notifying team members or Clinician in advance of their re-credentialing deadline and provide them with the necessary forms and instructions and making sure that we have all the documents are in place before the deadline.• Taking care of all the account setup with different background check vendor or with state agencies for different state specific checks, finger printing.Ensuring that all new hire paperwork and documentation, including I-9 forms and background checks, are completed accurately and in compliance with legal requirements.
