Based in Mumbai, I am the Founder of Mukesh Fotos and currently work with KnotsbyAMP, one of India’s leading wedding photography companies, where I manage client relationships, sales coordination, and lead management.In my current role as Client Service Manager, I oversee the complete client journey—from managing leads, contacts, and deals through Zoho CRM to preparing quotations, contracts, and scheduling consultation meetings. I work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure smooth onboarding, maintain strong client relationships, and support revenue growth while delivering a seamless experience for couples planning their wedding photography.Alongside client management and sales operations, my background as a photographer allows me to understand both the creative and business sides of the industry. This helps me bridge the gap between clients and production teams, ensuring clear communication, efficient workflows, and high service standards.As the Founder of Mukesh Fotos, I have built and managed photography projects across multiple domains including fashion, real estate, jewellery, food, product, and commercial photography.
