Execute the gas pipeline project with high level of HSE compliance. Managing the team of contractors & junior engineers for the execution of pipeline project. Contract mobilization for PE,GI & copper installation. Pre-construction survey for the selection of route for the pipeline construction. Preparing loops as per potential & deciding size of the MDPE pipe & SR location. Cost estimation for meter, regulator, pipes & fittings etc. Above ground GI installation & underground MDPE network for Domestic & commercial connections. Construction, testing, commissioning of natural gas MDPE network. Raising MOC if required during work execution. Liasoning with local authorities, customers & contractors. Maintaining records related to Quality & HSE standards Review of standards procedures & guidelines for departmental activity & Training purpose for any change in SOP. Providing technical & HSE training to staff for execution & awareness of project. Follow-up from contractor for documentation like, as laid drawing, Riser installation, testing & commissioning reports etc. Assessment of TPE’s for Safe Operating procedure & any updated information. Monitoring daily plan Vs achievement for successful execution of project Approving contractor’s activity in LMC module. Uploading details of material for each connection in SAP module. Uploading daily consumption in SAP module. Managing contractor’s bills, material reconciliation. Achieving performance parameters in line with the company’s HSE targets Identifying the risks and hazards involved in each of the processes and minimizing the same by HIRA Handling construction team, providing guidelines, evaluating & inspecting all the activities for effective completion of the projects Conducting the Pneumatic test for the MDPE & LP Lines as Per Code of practice. Preparing Loops as per potential and deciding the Sizing of the MDPE, LDPE and GI pipes.
