Dynamic result oriented marketing professional with having experience of more than 21 Years with various manufacturing units in International as well as Domestic Marketing & Logistics Responsibilities. Having exposure of Overseas travels to more than 40 Countries like – USA, UAE, Brazil, Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Switzerland, Poland, Netherlands,Croatia, Greece, Turkey, Russia, Egypt, South-Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Nigeria, Tanzania, Kenya, Ethiopia, Malaysia, Taiwan, Indonesia, Myanmar, Bhutan & Nepal etc. Major Job Responsibilities ( International Marketing & Logistics) •Overall responsible for entire export business for the company. Responsible for Exports Order booking, Sales and timely realization of Payment. •Participation in international tenders thru overseas agents & indirectly Thru Turnkey s/s contractors. •Monitoring timely execution of orders and realization of payment. •Arranging and coordinating the material (insulators) inspections with third parties like BVQI, SGS etc & direct to client, also managing the type test at various Indian electrical labs e.g. CPRI / •Coordinating with other departments like Design, Production, Planning, Testing, Account, Packing & Dispatch etc. regarding day-to-day export activities •Preparing monthly dispatch program at the beginning of every month as per customer requested delivery schedule & keep close track with production departments to meet delivery schedules. •Freight Negotiation for sea and air freights for overseas shipments. •Coordinating with forwarding agents & shipping lines for timely container movement.
