About Mukesh Kunal
I am a PGDM (GM) student at XLRI Jamshedpur, one of India\'s premier business schools, with over 11 years of diverse industry experience in IT services and freight operations. My goal is to leverage my comprehensive management skills and domain expertise to assume leadership roles and drive organizational growth in the logistics sector.Before joining XLRI, I worked as an Executive Assistant at Container Corporation (CONCOR), where I handled various operational, commercial, and customer service activities related to freight trains. I managed an ad-hoc terminal in Maliya, Gujarat, and coordinated with customs and railway personnel at different terminals. I also initiated a proposal for shifting empty inventory and automated reports for throughput and customer analysis. Prior to CONCOR, I was an IT Analyst at TCS, where I performed quality assurance and production support tasks for software applications for clients from the USA and the UK. I participated in all stages of SDLC and acted as a Test Lead for a short stint. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated competencies in change management, logistics management, invoicing, quality assurance, and production support. I have also earned certifications in data analytics and Lean Six Sigma from IBM and KPMG India respectively.
