With over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, I am the owner and founder of Yugal Constructions, a company that specializes in developing residential and commercial projects in Pune. I have a master\'s degree in Commerce from Savitribai Phule Pune University, and apart from the core activities through work I have also acquired skills in account management, sales presentations, and English communication. As the owner, I oversee all aspects of the business, from planning and budgeting to marketing and sales. I also manage relationships with clients, vendors, contractors, and investors, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. My core competencies include project management, negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership. I am passionate about creating quality and affordable spaces that meet the needs and expectations of the customers and the community. My goal is to grow my company and expand its reach and impact in the real estate market.
