I am an HR leader with a strong track record of building scalable people strategies, driving HR technology adoption, and leading organizations through complex transitions such as spin-offs, acquisitions, and integrations.In July 2024, I played a key role in the successful spin-off from nference, and I am now navigating the HR transformation journey as we move through Pramana\'s acquisition by Evident. My focus is on aligning people, culture, and processes with business strategy to enable growth and agility.I am passionate about HR Tech and Transformation—streamlining systems, driving adoption of modern HR solutions, and creating frameworks that support both organizational goals and employee experience.With experience across talent management, organizational design, cultural integration, and M&A, I thrive in environments where change is constant and opportunities for innovation are limitless.At heart, I remain a hands-on recruiter and always will be—because building teams and connecting people to opportunities is what drives me.

   Evident Scientific, formerly part of Olympus Corporation, is a global leader in life-science microscopy and optical instrumentation. Following the recent acquisition of Pramana, a pioneer in Autonomous Digital Imaging, Evident has combined its world-class optical heritage with Pramana’s software, robotics, and AI innovation to define the future of Digital Pathology.Over the last few years, my work has closely followed the evolution of nference → Pramana → Evident, supporting the people and organizational journey through each phase.At nference, I led Talent Acquisition and partnered with leadership to scale teams across research, engineering, product, and business functions. During this phase, Pramana was incubated as a focused initiative within nference, aimed at building next-generation autonomous digital imaging and pathology solutions.As Pramana evolved, I played a key role in supporting its carve-out and transition—helping establish independent HR, talent acquisition, compensation, compliance, and people operations frameworks while maintaining alignment with nference during the separation phase. This involved building teams from the ground up, setting up scalable people processes, and supporting leadership through rapid growth and change.Following Pramana’s acquisition and integration into Evident, the focus shifted to stability, scale, and global alignment—ensuring continuity of people practices, regulatory compliance, and cultural integration as the organization moved into its next phase as part of a global enterprise.Being part of this journey has given me hands-on experience in incubation, carve-out, and post-acquisition integration, working closely with founders, global leadership, and cross-functional teams to build people strategies that evolve with the business.
