An energetic telecom Professional with decades of experience in the field of Telecom and Networking, started career as Telecom Engineer then successfully upgraded skills in technical operations, Sales Engineering and project management.• Recently completed Project Management from University of Toronto.• Extensive experience in Design, development & operations of wide range of telecom and data products like Central office switches, VoIP, PBXs, Hosted PBX, Contact Center Design & Implementation, Industrial Servers, Switches, Routers & other Networking Products.• Provide technical and sales support for existing accounts base, also assisting sales team in the development of formal sales plans and proposals. • Support sales reps in the technical fulfillment of RFI’s, RFQ’s and RFP’s. Also involved in sales meetings and product show casing.• I have in depth knowledge of telecom Products range like SDH and Multiplexers. Avaya IP Office, Avaya PoweredBy Cloud solution, Avaya Server Edition on AWS & Google Cloud • Recently earned AV certification (CTS), to improve collaboration and audio/video skills. • Certified Member of OACETT – Ontario Association of Certified Engineers, Technologists & Technicians• Successfully handled midsize large Cloud & on-premises telecom projects, as Telecom / Sales Engineer.• Strong understanding of standard project management methodologies, principles, practices, tool and techniques.• Able to negotiate with vendor, understand client’s requirement.
