ABOUT MUJEEB KOLASSERI

I’m Mujeeb, someone who started out from a small village in Kerala with no blueprint, no funding, and no business background. But I had one thing: belief. Belief in people, in potential, and in the idea that rural talent can do world-class work if given the right platform.That mindset became the foundation for Infolks Group. Today, it has grown into a group of companies — Infolks, Medrays, Webfolks, and Dataways — each built on the same principles: work hard, stay grounded, and never forget where we came from. But for me, it’s never been about how big we’ve become. It’s always been about why we exist.My personal vision has been to build \"A Company with a Heart\" — a place where people feel safe, valued, and respected. Not just employees, but clients, students, and even the families who place their trust in us.I don’t call myself a leader because of any title.
