Validations of commission’s payment with actual sales & reconciliations of commission’s payments against the Terms & Conditions Forms of our stakeholders. Flag issues of under/overpayment arising after the validations & getting them resolved before the settlement of payment. Work closely with Master Data team to resolve issues that affect commission’s pay out. Provide valuable guidance to the Query Management Team for query resolution. Present a sign off pack of approximately £30 million of commission’s payment bi-monthly & present it to the EEL directors. Use data mining tools such as SAP Business Warehouse as base for analysis. Provide complete analysis of movements in sales & commissions pay out compared to prior period & discuss with the Directors if they are in line with the forecast & companies sales objectives. Provide all necessary details & reports to the UK internal & external auditors as I deal with lot of cash outflow bi-monthly Master Data Management (MDM), Configured product and price plans in SAP system. Prepare weekly, Monthly, annually Cash report and Aged Debt Report. Review overdue payments and coordinated with individual credit controllers Responsible for auditing data of process associates & provide feedback for improvement. Conduct regular training sessions regarding to help the process associates with their queries. Actively participate in the calibration calls with the onshore team to make sure that all of us were on the same page while auditing calls. Work closely with the Team Leaders & help them improve the skills of the process associates which can enhance their NPS score. Prepare weekly/monthly dashboard and discussed it with onshore team.
