Track and organize emails on a daily basis; create and maintain labels/folders for efficient workflow and tasktracking.• Record various journal entries (e.g, accruals, prepaids, depreciation, intercompany, payroll, provisions) andtrack general ledger balances for accuracy and completeness.• Categorize bank and credit card transactions into appropriate GL accounts; perform bank reconciliations andresolve open-item discrepancies.• Create SOPs for activities, provide training as required, review, and update as necessary.• Verify bills and manage cash expenses to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies.• Reconcile Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet accounts on a monthly basis.• Prepare and send weekly and monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) draft statements to the manager for review, andmake necessary adjustments based on feedback.• Reconcile intercompany accounts and ensure balances are accurate and consistent across all entities.• Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable, including invoice/bill validation, aging report monitoring, andpayment processing.• Generate ad hoc reports as requested by management or clients.• Maintain an “Ask My Accountant” (AMA) sheet and follow up with clients to clear pending items.• Manage payroll processing, including verification of timesheets, hourly rates, job codes, and obtained clientapproval before posting as per SOPs.• Conduct monthly/quarterly bookkeeping and share reviews with clients regularly.• Communicate with clients via Slack, email, and calls to resolve financial queries and obtain approvals
