I serve as the Acting Technical & Operational Head (Company-Wide) and Lead Software Developer at JASIQ Labs, working directly under the Director and overseeing coordination across Product Engineering, Client Services, and Training Divisions. My work spans AI/ML, Generative AI, MERN Stack, Python, and Spring Boot, contributing both as a hands-on engineer and a technical leader.I lead engineering execution, support team operations, and guide developers and interns across divisions (RWS & TWS). I also contribute to architecture decisions, technical strategy, code quality improvements, and delivery consistency across the company.I have experience building full-stack applications, AI features, backend microservices, real-time systems, Android apps, and multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
