Responsible for the management and resolution of all medical treatment events on the 29Q Hewett 5A 29B 29C. • Support the OIM by conducting trend analysis on observation cards and present findings to platform crew. • Daily Admin of the crew organising crew change during the COVID -19 Heli seating plan track and trace. • Responsible for sick-bay management, medical equipment management, drug ordering and disposal, management of controlled drugs and review of personnel medications Delivered First Aid team training and exercises and responsible for clinical record keeping • Intervened to set up a quarantine area on the platform for any spreadable infections. • Lead Radioactive Protection Supervisor responsible for NORM testing and controls. • Focal point for Pot water and Diesel testing. • Responsible for Heli-admin duties, including cabin allocations and radio communications / flight watch CAA Duty with helicopters. Landing and lifting in Vantage. • Delivered HSE presentations focusing on first aid response and NORM management. • Organised exerciser sessions for platform crew to aid fitness and well-being. • Leading the communication across all aircraft requirements, including liaising with pilots regarding aircraft requirements prior to arrival and liaising with the Heli-deck crew on personnel arrivals and departures from the platform. • Reading TAFS / METARS weather reports to ensure adjustments are made for the safe arrival and departure of aircraft.
