Having a wide range of research experience on microelectronic packaging including nonlinear material modeling, fatigue and failure analysis of solder joints, finite element modeling with ANSYS, Auto CAD, X-ray inspection, manufacturing (i.e. handling with automated equipment), mechanical testing (i.e. thermo-mechanical characterization and reliability analysis of microelectronic packaging), nanoindentation technique for nano-mechanical characterization. 8+ years experience of finite element modeling including ANSYS, FEMLAB, COMSOL Multiphysics, NASTRAN, PATRAN, Fluent etc. 8+ years research experience on tribology, thermal analysis, CFD, applied mechanics and I have been fortunate to publish more than twenty refereed Book, Journals and Conference papers.
