I am an Associate Chartered Accountant from ICAEW and Chartered Certified Accountant from ACCA.Currently I am working as an Audit and Assurance Senior Manager in EY Birmingham, Corporate Assurance from September 2015 till date.Prior to this I have worked in an assignment based role in the Assurance group of Ernst & Young (Jeddah Office) from January to June 2015. Earlier, I worked as an Audit Senior, in the Assurance group of Ernst & Young Pakistan from April 2012 till December 2014. Working in this organization for more than eight years, I have had an opportunity of being involved in varied multi-location statutory audits / reviews, special nature agreed upon procedure engagements and validation of consolidation packages. I have been exposed to a wide spectrum of industries and personalities, which has provided me with an insider view of the key business processes within the organization’s accounting and internal control systems, corporate governance, regulatory and relevant accounting frameworks. It has enriched me professionally and has equipped me with the traits needed to deal with a variety of situations in an innovative, effective and efficient manner.
