ABOUT MUHAMMET ISIK

With a bachelor\'s degree in computer science from İstanbul Üniversitesi and over three years of experience in software testing and development, I am a skilled and versatile associate software engineer at The Hartford. I design and test high-quality solutions for the insurance industry, using various technologies and methodologies, such as software testing, REST APIs, Jira, SQL, Postman, Guidewire, and AWS.In my current role, I collaborate with a team of developers and testers to automate test cases, design frameworks, and perform functional and web testing. I also verify the back-end data and functionality of the applications, and work in configuration and development areas. I always keep myself updated on new technologies and learned and worked on Cypress and Playwright test tools recently. I created frameworks from scratch and implemented test cases in those tools. In my previous role as an automation tester at Rainpark Technologies, I gained extensive experience in Selenium WebDriver, Page Objects, Hybrid Frameworks, and Cucumber, using TDD and BDD approaches to create and execute test scripts, and participating in agile and scrum ceremonies. I was involved in every phase of the software testing life cycle, from test strategies and plans to defect management and reporting.I am fluent in Turkish and English, and eager to learn new technologies and best practices. I am a very good communicator, team player, and results-driven achiever, with a critical and analytical mindset. My goal is to contribute to the development and testing of innovative and user-friendly software products that meet the needs and expectations of the customers.
