I am an engineering researcher with experience in:(a) Theory, TCAD modeling, and characterization of solid-state and organic electronic devices – solar cells, transistors, LEDs;(b) System-level software development with expertise in predictive modeling and optimization of utility-scale solar PV farm with historical weather data;(c) Interfacing physics-based numerical models and machine learning techniques using large-scale data analysis and statistics; and (d) Cross-functional international collaborations with institutions and individuals around the world.
