   As the Founder and Director of English2Success (E2S), I lead a team of over 200 volunteer tutors committed to empowering underprivileged communities by delivering high-quality online English education for underprivileged teenagers worldwide.With over 2 years of ongoing experience, I have established E2S as an organisation dedicated to advancing education as a fundamental human right, in alignment with the UN\'s 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with a particular focus on SDG 10 and 4: Reduced inequality and quality education.As the Founder and Director, I have crafted the overall organizational framework and its various divisions, and I now oversee E2S’ strategic planning and external relations. This encompasses formulating and executing long-term and short-term organizational strategies, overseeing the expansion of the E2S initiative across different schools and countries, providing overall leadership and guidance to E2S\' daily operations, representing E2S to external stakeholders, nurturing collaborations, and ensuring effective communication and implementation of E2S\' vision both internally and externally.
