I am a finance professional and CMA (US) with experience in North American Order-to-Cash (OTC) operations in a global MNC environment. My work primarily focuses on billing operations, revenue processes, and maintaining accuracy in financial workflows.In my current role, I manage high-volume billing of up to $2M+ monthly while ensuring compliance with contractual billing terms. I regularly review billing data, identify WIP items, and prepare write-ups to support accurate revenue processing. I also maintain detailed financial documentation and notes to support internal tracking and client communication.I was part of the transition when billing operations were insourced from an external service provider. During this process, I supported knowledge transfer and helped stabilize operational workflows within the team.I have also contributed to improving internal processes by creating client-specific SOPs and billing guidelines that helped improve documentation quality and reduce billing errors.I enjoy working with financial data and using Excel for analysis and reporting. I am particularly interested in strengthening my expertise in finance operations, financial analysis, and revenue processes while continuing to grow within global finance environments.
