Manage Trip and Fuel Permits - Canada and USA.• We ensure that our customer get the proper transport permit to deliver their goods on time.• Procure and maintain all licenses and permits required to operate our business.• Ensure that all licenses and permits are obtained in an ethical manner, and refuse any improper payment requests.• Maintain and display licenses and permits consistent with our compliance program and as required by law.• Communicate with and train applicable associates on our license and permit compliance responsibilities.• Monitor and measure the execution and effectiveness of our program for continuous improvement.• Comply with all requirements of the customers & Permits Policy• Manage for Oversize and Overweight Permits - Canada and USA• Manage Invoicing and Reconciliation.• Data Entry and Book Keeping of all permits with CC details• Mange promotional activities to increase business.• Manage VMS for Permits Canada Clients.
