Actively involved in supporting the Strategic Communication Unit of the \"Merged Areas Governance Programme\" of the UNDP. With a strong background in communications and a passion for community development, I play a crucial role in meeting both the internal and external communication needs of the program.My key responsibilities are to develop and maintain strategic relationships with government administrative departments, political and community leaders, and other stakeholders. I Successfully organized and facilitated training programs for elected Village and Neighborhood Council (VCNC) members in the Merged Areas (MAs). Through these training sessions, and empowered over 1500 tehsil and VCNC members, equipping them with the necessary skills & knowledge.Moreover, I played a significant role in implementing health initiatives, conducted the Special Emphasize Programme (SEP) on Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (MNCH), and facilitated communication efforts for the Tuberculosis (TB) control program in the MAs.Support the team in data collection, analysis, report writing, and feature stories, ensuring timely documentation of activities, surveys, and focus group discussions of different programs.
