Develop new diesel and Gasoline engine control functions based on customer (GM) requirements, translating vehicle-level needs into functional and software requirements. Define subsystem requirements and functional designs in line with internal standards and quality processes. Develop and manage fuel injection–related functions, including emission monitoring, adjustment, and compensation strategies. Support implementation through SIL and MIL activities and provide functional guidance to software development teams. Perform subsystem-level FMEA to ensure robust and reliable function design. Contribute to the definition of calibration methodologies in collaboration with calibration and testing teams. Act as a technical interface between system, software, hardware, and testing teams throughout development. Execute testing and validation on HIL, hydraulic benches, engine dyno, roller bench, and in- vehicle environments, ensuring correct system behavior. Prepare and maintain technical documentation to support function development, testing.
