Lead the design, development, verification, and delivery of control architectures and software for products throughout their lifecycle. Manage onshore and offshore engineers and partners to define, deliver, and verify design requirements with DFMEA, design reviews, and supplier approvals. Provide strategic direction and technical expertise in developing architectures, distributed control systems, and diagnostic tools. Implement software management and revision control processes for traceability and controlled access via effective ALM. Lead end-to-end model-based software development using a V-model approach from concept to release, verified through simulation, Hardware-In-Loop rig, and vehicle integration tests. Interface with customers on technical issues and requirements to ensure high satisfaction with safe, reliable, and well-supported implementations. Prepare and present technical documentation and designs to meet quality and safety standards. Ensure compliance with relevant standards, best practices, and legislation. Develop and maintain intuitive diagnostics and telematics systems for enhanced service and operational capabilities. Coordinate activities with partners or suppliers to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
