   As a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer, I delivered enterprise-scale migrations, tenant designs, and security implementations across Microsoft 365 and Azure. I led Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migrations, moving Gmail to Exchange Online, Google Drive to OneDrive/SharePoint, and Google Meet to Teams, handling DNS updates, pre-migration assessments, and validation. I designed and deployed Microsoft 365 tenant architectures with Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive while aligning security, compliance, and licensing strategies. I administered multi-tenant environments with delegated administration, custom branding, and cross-tenant access, automating mailbox provisioning, license assignments, and retention policies using PowerShell and Graph API.
