ABOUT MUHAMMAD ALI KHAWAJA
I work at the intersection of finance, strategy, and analytics. My career so far has been about understanding how businesses make decisions, where value gets created, and what the numbers are really saying. Before London Business School, I spent over two years at Alibaba Group (Daraz), where I partnered with senior leadership across five South Asian markets on strategic financial planning, profitability analysis, and commercial model design. Earlier roles at Unilever, SadaPay, and Standard Chartered gave me exposure to supply chain finance, digital payments, and wealth management. At LBS, I hold a Merit Scholarship and serve as SVP Finance at the Data & AI Club and as a Student Ambassador. I am building on my CFA and ACCA credentials with deeper expertise in data science, machine learning, and strategic decision making. I am most energised by problems that sit between functions, where finance meets operations, where data meets judgement, and where emerging markets meet global ambition.
