Handling all day-to-day administrative functions including user maintenance, modification of page layouts, generation of reports and dashboards, creation of new fields and other routine tasks.\\\\n• Managing and maintaining user accounts including setting up new users and ensuring correct access permissions based on their role within the business\\\\n• Process & workflow changes on Salesforce for business requirements.\\\\n• Ensuring that documentation for new processes and customisations in salesforce are documented appropriately.\\\\n• Using IntelliJ, Fork, and Ant migration tools for Pull requests.\\\\n• Maintaining and adhering to a comprehensive Change Management process and Sandbox strategy utilising a central UAT sandbox.\\\\n• Providing training and coaching to users to ensure that use of the CRM is maximised and there is a full view of sales opportunities and client activity.\\\\n• Responsible for data integrity and data cleaning using data loader.\\\\n• Regular use of JIRA in order to work on tickets assigned in Sprints.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
