I am currently working in the UK private security sector as an SIA-licensed professional and Business Operations Intern at On Site Security, Bristol. In this role, I support daily operational activities, compliance processes, and business coordination within a regulated security environment. The position has strengthened my understanding of operational control, risk awareness, workforce management, and client-facing service delivery in a high-responsibility industry, while also enabling me to contribute from a business operations and process-improvement perspective. In addition to this internship, I work part-time with On Site Security as a Door Supervisor at one of their key sites, Be Lucky Casino Bristol, delivering front-line security services.Alongside my professional responsibilities, I am pursuing a Master of Business Administration (Global) with a specialization in Supply Chain Management at the University of South Wales, building on my academic foundation of a Bachelor of Business Administration (Marketing) from COMSATS University Islamabad.Previously, my professional experience spanned the telecommunications and technology sectors, where I developed strong expertise in VoIP and SMS termination, telecom systems, and IT-driven business solutions. I led market expansion initiatives, developed strategic partnerships, and collaborated closely with technical and commercial teams to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.I have extensive experience in IT product marketing, ASO, and product management, enabling data-driven user analysis, competitive assessment, and product growth in fast-paced, digital-first environments.
