In this dual-role position, I’m responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment across both poolside and reception areas. My core duties include lifeguarding to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pool users, upholding cleanliness and hygiene standards around the facility, and delivering excellent customer service at the front desk. I handle customer enquiries, manage memberships, and coordinate the safe setup of sports and activity areas throughout the centre. This role requires strong attention to detail, situational awareness, and a commitment to creating a positive experience for all visitors.
