Below was my Job descriptions in Fibre Partner Limited.• Review Civil/Fibre designs on QGIS-based programs before they are issued to build teams.• Good fibre splicing management of external Design/planning teams with the ability to provide guidance and improve the outputs based on Network architecture documents and design rules.• Determine efficient process for Quality checks of fibre design while considering design rules, local authority requirements, and construction limitations.• Review of fibre High-Level Design (HLD) ensuring routing efficiencies.• Review of fibre Low-Level Design (LLD) ensuring data integrity and end-to-end fibre connections.• Making sure that designs are produced to specific Architecture rules and quality standards.• Review survey packs, designs and BoMs/BoQs.• Review red line drawings and as-built documentation• Propose and implement Data-driven models for Quality checks.• Understand the end to end operation from data receipt through to delivery to the client.• Survey of BT infrastructure and report to client.• Cable pulling, Aerial Cabling, Installed CBT on BT poles for KN Circet (Openreach).• Worked for Hey Broadband (F&W Network) which include Rode and rope, cable pulling, cable blowing, aerial cabling, on BT infrastructure.• Splitter box installation, on BT poles and BT chambers for Hey Broadband and Zzoomm.• Supervised Six team,(two rode and rope, two cabling both Underground and overhead and two splicing team) for Zzoomm in Cannock and Crewe to build their FTTP Hybrid Network.• Daily Risk Assessment on daily basis, reporting daily progress to client at the end of the day.#• At all times understand and adhere to the relevant health and safety regulations.
